Yes we do. In addition to our dining room and accent table collections, we also sell made to order custom sofas, chairs and ottomans and benches. Most of our furniture frames are available in our store as floor samples, enabling you to get a sense of proportion, size and comfort when you visit. We also offer a re-upholstery service. bbs stands behind every piece of furniture we make and our quality, selections and price are second to none.

How often do your stores receive new product?

Our buyers love to shop! They are constantly traveling the world, on the look out for new and interesting product. We have new items arriving daily. The trick is to keep the staff from buying it first!

I have seen a picture in a magazine of the drapes/furniture I want. Can you make them?

Of course, the bb's workroom can sew almost anything and our furniture manufacturers are second to none. Our team of knowledgeable sewers are some of the best in the business and are always up on the latest industry trends. In fact, working from your imagination is what we thrive on.

What is your return policy?

bbs understands that sometimes things just don't work once you get them home, be it the wrong size or color. That's why we have a flexible return policy. All regular priced items are returnable within 14 days of the original purchase. Our regular priced wallpaper may be returned in 30 days. All of our fabric is final sale; however, we do offer a convenient "On Approval" program that enables you to take the fabric home before committing to the purchase. Just remember to keep your receipt, it is the only way we know when and how you purchased the product. Please note that all "special order" product is considered final sale.
